  • sanitize and disinfect, several times a day, the common areas and all the surfaces of the most contact ( as the reception desk, the lift, the door handles, the switches and the handrail);
  • ensure and enforce safety distances;
  • provide hand sanitizing dispensers in all common areas;
  • all the rooms will be constantly aerated;
  • keep the right distance between the tables in the breakfast room, restaurant and bar;
  • control the access to the swimming pool, as not to exceed the maximum admissible presences;

  • On booking, with an extra charge of € 10,00 , it is possible to sanitize the room, the bathroom, the air filters and the minibar with a certified professional system based on hydrogen peroxide. As a guarantee for the guest, at check-in, we will provide you the certification issued by the system at the end of each sanitization process; This service is already included for the Floating Suite Spa, the Pool Junior Suites and the Lake Junior Suites;
  • On request it is also possible to sanitize the room every day (for a fee);
  • Our partner laundry, who provides us bed linen and towels for bathroom and swimming pool, is one of the few in Italy, certified by the R.A.B.C. biocontamination system according to the requirements of UNI EN 14065:2016;


  • We moved the breakfast from the restaurant to the gala hall "Golfo dei Fiori", which is larger and able to ensure the distance between the tables, without introduce time slots;
  • We have reorganized the breakfast service with an alternative method to the self-service buffet, that ensure the safety of our guests, having however the possibility to choose "your" breakfast;


  • In case the hotel accomodates more than a specific number of guests, the use of the swimming pool has been adjusted, introducing a maximum access limit, in order to avoid overcrowding and ensure the access to all guests;
  • It is not possible to reserve beds / deckchairs in advance and it is forbidden to leave on the beds / deckchairs personal items if not used and you are not present;
  • In the swimming pool, we guarantee the distance, the sanitization of sun beds, showers, walkways and other materials, using specific products for disinfection;
  • The pool is controlled by an electronic control unit that automatically manages the disinfection of the water in the pool and as usual, we will carry out several daily checks of the water parameters and the level of chlorine and pH;
  • We have equipped our beach with access to the lake, with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and shower to offer to our guests a valid alternative to the pool, where they can sunbathe or enjoy a swim in the lake. In addition, from this year will also have a mini whirlpool pool with heated water, for a maximum of 6/7 people. Here we guarantee the distance and the sanitization of the equipment;
  • In case you wish to stay at the pool after check-out time (supplement € 20,00 per person), you can ask at the reception desk for availability at the moment of the check-out;


  • Our staff attended a training programm to apply all the preventive and protection measures for their own and guests' safety;
  • All hotel staff is obliged to respect a protocol that has been established;
  • There are strict regulations for suppliers and technical assistance companies to access to the hotel;


  • n Iseo, 2.5 km from the hotel, there is the hospital, with ward COVID19;
  • In case of emergency, the reception desk is available to contact emergency medical or intervention.

It is very important for us to explain you all the new regulations: at first to inform you about our commitment to ensure safety and not to create expectations on activities that this year we may be forced to limit or cancel, and therefore to avoid any unpleasant misunderstandings and related disputes regarding the economic offer applied at the moment of booking confirmation.
