The Araba Fenice Hotel and the Bella Iseo Restaurant are open all year round.

Located near to main Lombardan, Emilian, and Venetian cities and only a few kilometers from a number of major airports, highways and train stations in the area, it is an ideal place to come for either business or pleasure. Adding to this the beauty of its surroundings and the mild climate, the Araba Fenice Hotel is also an ideal tourist destination in autumn and winter.

o    2 Classic double rooms;

o    1 Family Room – Double room (with an adjoining room capable of sleeping up to 4 people).

  Conference room "Golfo dei Fiori": Entering this historic room – which in the past was a famous Casino – feels like going back in time to the 1920’s/30’s. This beautiful room set in a Liberty style is the ideal location for Meetings, Conference gatherings, Gala dinners, Cerimonies and Banquets, Themed parties and Company presentations. It is illuminated by both abundant natural as well as artificial lighting, has direct access to the lake which is directly visible through the many large windows that frame the magnificent panorama outside. Equipped with all forms of modern equipment, (video projectors, sound systems, internet access via WiFi), the Golfo dei Fiori  room also holds up to 150 people.

"Bella Iseo" Restaurant: The elegant “Bella Iseo” restaurant with external terrace is capable of hosting both hotel guests as well as external clients. Recommended by the Michelin Guide, it consists of an internal room for around 85 people, a smaller more intimate room for around 25 people, and an external terrace over the lake for around 70 people. Our chef Alberto Valenti proposes daily dishes both traditional recipes from the surrounding region as well as  modern Italian cuisine.
Open everyday, it has a large parking as well as its own entrance separate from that of the hotel.


An external pool over the lake with sun-bathing areas complete with sun loungers i salso available. It is available for guests to use so as to relax whilst sun-bathing in complete tranquility and admiring the panoramic views over the lake and the surrounding mountain ranges. Happy Hour is an additional service offered to guests on Friday nights either on the terrace or by the pool in the summer months or in the American Bar in the winter period. In this way, before being seated at the Bella Iseo restaurant, one can enjoy a sip of cool sparkling Franciacorta wine accompanied by canapés and ….. live music.
