Our Chef proposes an eclectic mix of fine cuisine where attention to quality base ingredients and flavors is fruit of his experience gained over the years. The chef offers you the opportunity to taste recipes linked heavily to the region, from fresh Lake fish, to flavors from Franciacorta with an a la carte menu based around fish and shell-fish dishes to wet your appetite.
We would like to draw your attention to some of our new additions to the menu which include salt water fish dishes, so far greatly appreciated and praised by our guests. A menu of the day, (unique to each day of the week), and a taster menu round off the proposals. To round off an impeccable meal with a touch of class and seduction, one cannot forget the extraordinary selection of home-made desserts on offer from our master pastry chef.
The kitchen of the restaurant pays special attention to diverse food allergies and intolerances and are available to their guests on request to explain the composition of the various dishes and propose suitable alternatives. Particular attention is given to those suffering from celiac disease with regards to the tools, instruments and ingredients used, all carefully selected and certified. The “Bella Iseo” restaurant offers unforgettable candle lit dinners during the summer season out on the terrace overlooking the lake, as well as being able to organize banquets, ceremonies, themed evenings, and food and wine taster nights. These can all be offered both at the restaurant itself or in the magnificent “Golfo dei Fiori” hall within the Araba Fenice Hotel itself.
With an air of elegance, the restaurant is made up of a main room with a capacity for up to 85 people, an adjoining room with a capacity for up to 25 people, and a lake front terrace with a capacity of up to 70 people. The restaurant can also be reached directly by boat and is equipped with its own moorings and dock.
It is open all year round and offers ample private parking.
